I have begun the translation you requested. So far, I have only been able to do the introductory paragraphs and the characteristics, as well as merging the old table into the one on the German page. I will get back to this ASAP (on a weekday). I must leave right now and won't be back until at least Monday. Feel free to look at the changes I've made. Bob 21:30, 9 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Neat. Good start, but it seems like you've taken on a hefty task! Pthag 12:25, 6 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Macaroni pie requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.) or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. I noticed that you have revised either Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri or Sid Meier's Alien Crossfire.

I intend to revise those articles following the Wikipedia:WikiProject Video games/Article guidelines. There are more details on the discussion pages of those articles. I'd be interested in any comments you have. It would be best if your comments were on the discussion pages of the two articles.

Thank you.

Ways to improve Mercerism[edit]

Hello, Pthag,

Thank you for creating Mercerism.

I have tagged the page as having some issues to fix, as a part of our page curation process and note that:

Thank you for developing the article on Mercerism. I agree that it is a notable topic, but the article needs more references, and the ones that are already present are not used sufficiently to support all of the points being made.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Doomsdayer520}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~. For broader editing help, please visit the Teahouse.

Delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.
