Question at DRN[edit]
You asked at DRN where conduct matters are dealt with. The answer is AN, ANI, and ARBCOM (and various subvenues at ARBCOM depending on the circumstances, but you won't get a hearing at ARBCOM or its subvenues unless this is already a matter under ARBCOM sanctions, and it's not, or unless you've been to one of the other two venues first). Since this involves an administrator's conduct, AN would probably be the best venue. Wherever you go be sure to thoroughly read and follow the rules and be aware that whenever you report someone for conduct issues you are opening up your own conduct for inspection and possible sanction (see BOOMERANG); I'm not implying anything there, just apprising you of the risk. Finally, let me also say that by giving you this information I'm also not implying that you should pursue this matter to any of these venues or implying that you might succeed or not succeed (or worse) by doing so: I'm merely answering your question.
