MiMi Aye moved to draftspace
An article you recently created, MiMi Aye, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). Hi there, Pinktoebeans, and welcome to Women in Red. Thanks for your well presented article on MiMi Aye and her Burmese cuisine. Makes me want to experiment with some of the dishes myself. I hope you will be inspired to write many more articles about Burmese women and their works. If you have not already done so, you might find it useful to look through our Ten Simple Rules. - @Ipigott: Thank you for the warm welcome! I definitely suggest trying some Burmese recipes - let me know if you want any recommendations! My main concern right now is choosing subjects that will pass the pretty stringent notability guidelines (as you've mentioned already), I've run into this problem a few times trying to write biographies. - There are a few interesting names on Wikipedia:WikiProject Women in Red/Missing articles by nationality/Myanmar but the most important thing is to make sure articles are supported by at least three good secondary links.
