Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit you made to List of Colony and possessions of France has been reverted, as it appears to have removed content from the page without explanation. Just a note[edit]

In English usage, we use a . not a , in decimals. We put 15.6 not 15,6. In thousands etc, we use a , not a . - we put 12,000,003 not 12.000.003. You are adding the Continental format to an article in English. Peridon (talk) 23:25, 12 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi !![edit]

Thanks for that :p .It's very nice Picaballo

Another: 'ancien(ne)' in front of a noun (en français, 'nom') translates into English as 'former'. 'Ancien(ne)' after a noun translates as 'ancient'. 'L'ancien caporal' (aujourd'hui un sergent) = 'the former corporal'. 'Le caporal ancien' (un homme âgé - un centenaire) = 'the ancient corporal'. In the England of Shakespeare, 'Ancient' was a rank in the army now called 'ensign' (en français, 'enseigne'). Isn't translation fun? Peridon (talk) 13:25, 13 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Of course Nice Translation, Thx to Shakespears :p

Ok, any question ? Possible to corrected my sentences ? Because, I'm french then English's Literature and me ... are Bad !!

Thx for your help, Picaballo

Ps: How do you put Peridon (talk) 13:25, 13 February 2011 (UTC) For me ?

You type ~~~~ and it comes up with your signature. (It didn't do it there because I used a nowiki format to tell the computer that it should just be four ~ things and not a signature.) I've done a correction of the rest of the list. I think I've got the last bit right. Peridon (talk) 14:40, 13 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I've done a clarification to Cheikh Said - no official colonisation happened. Peridon (talk) 17:32, 13 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

English[edit]

I see that you are not familiar with English. Well, is more easy to use the English Wikipedia if you know English. Please do not be offended, by the suggestions I will make for you. I chose these because I noticed you made mistakes in these grammar rules. If you want to talk about something that is already done, you add -ed. For example, I walked. But I am not walking, because it is hard to walk while typing on a computer. Also, I am not walked and I did not walking, because am is used with I...walking, and did is used with I walked. I hope I can help, but there are many more rules in English grammar that you should look up on the internet.--RayqayzaDialgaWeird2210 will respond much more timelyIf you respond on his talkpage!    00:41, 26 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
