Hello! He announced it on his personal Facebook page. I know Facebook isn't generally a reliable source, but I think exceptions are made for a person's personal Facebook page when it concerns the individual personally. To use such extreme POV language you would need (a) multiple reliable sources making that explicit accusation (not just that he speeded up the end of his life which you then give your personal interpretation of) and also (b} for it not to be WP:UNDUE, the preponderance of all sources on his death have to also conclude explicitly that it was murder.
