Hello Orpheus,
The speedy deletion tag has been removed. If an editor still believes the article doesn't belong, the may nominate it for deletion at Articles for Deletion. If this happens, you will be notified and invited to participate in the discussion, which usually lasts for 5 days. This also gives you some time to address concerns raised in the discussion.
I assume their main concern is that this article appears to be intended primarily as advertising for someone who may not meet our Inclusion guidelines. I'd work on those areas. You could also contact the person who proposed seedy deletion, srushe, for more information. --barneca (talk) 01:58, 26 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Sophie Pyle[edit]

A tag has been placed on Sophie Pyle, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as the Wikipedia:Business' FAQ for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. srushe (talk) 21:35, 25 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Orpheus. I thought I should warn you that I've listed the Sophie Pyle article for deletion. I believe it falls afoul of Wikipedia's notability guidelines. I would, however, support merging part of her article into a broader article about Blonde Charity Mafia, if you (or someone else) were interested in writing one. Just thought I'd give you fair warning and a chance to weigh in about it Arteros (talk) 08:23, 21 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
