September 2009[edit]

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Please don't forget to provide an edit summary, as you forgot on your recent edit to DeskSite. Thank you. Drmies (talk) 16:12, 11 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • Guru, if all else fails you could use a press release to establish certain facts--but they can't be used to make qualitative statements, really. So I wasn't saying you needed to remove it, just that you need to be careful in its application. Happy editing, Drmies (talk) 18:30, 11 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of DeskSite[edit]

The article DeskSite has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable per WP:COMPANY, most sources are WP:SELFPUB company links, insufficient secondary sources per WP:RS, very little available in search of online news mentions of this company apart from passing mentions

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. A tag has been placed on File:Direct Sports Network Logo May 2018.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused duplicate or lower-quality copy of another file on Wikipedia having the same file format, and all inward links have been updated.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. --Minorax«¦talk¦» 05:46, 24 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
