Why I reverted[edit]

I regret the necessity, but felt obligated to revert many of your edits to Syria and Jordan. The primary reason is that much of the material you added seems to have been a copyright violation as it was directly copy/pasted from the "official" websites of the organizations used as references. Secondarily, when adding original (non-copyright) material, it's important to understand and follow the policy on neutral point of view, especially when making statements about individuals, ethnic groups, or nationalities. Please don't be discouraged by the reversions, it's generally part of the learning process here and everyone goes through it. I'm sure that if you read and follow the policies linked above, then your future contributions will be much likelier to stand on their merits. Good luck and happy editing, Doc Tropics 16:49, 21 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
