As Template:Colocationwebhost explains, your IP address was blocked because it is believed to be a web host provider or colocation provider, namely one run by the company OVH. Those are blocked on sight due to their capacity for abuse; see WP:OPENPROXY for the relevant policy. You'll need to find another way to connect to the internet if you want to edit Wikipedia. If you believe the block was made in error (ie your IP address is not such a colocation provider, you'll need to tell us the IP address; you can find it via a tool such as http://www.WhatIsMyIP.org/. Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to Ernest Hemingway. Your edits could be interpreted as vandalism and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Gregory Hemingway died October 1, 2001 of hypertension and cardiovascular disease, not of suicide.
