Hi Naur, I have seen the edit you did after mine, removing President-elect. My rationale was that Barack Obama was President-elect at the moment he visited Ben. In the same page, for instance, one reads U.S. President George W. Bush helping to paint a school mural of local landmark Ben’s Chili Bow. I don't think the U.S. President part should be removed in ten days' time. --Andreas Carter 08:40, 11 January 2009 (UTC)

Your IP block[edit]

Naur, I noted that you edit also with the IP after seeing your admission of doing so at a discussion at SoWhy's page. You make some comments about my relationship with Enigmaman in that discussion. Please note that I came across the request to consider your edits as vandalism through the posts at AIV - and my history will show that I act upon reports on that page almost daily. I wanted to tell you this so that you understood that my action came from a general request only.--VS talk 11:01, 18 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
