Problems with upload of File:Natarajaramakrishna.jpg[edit]

We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

How to get this image's copy right??[edit]

I found this image of Nataraja Ramakrishna at two sites 1. http://www.thehindu.com/arts/dance/article1296969.ece and 2. http://www.sakshi.com/main/FullStory.aspx?catid=171000&Categoryid=14&subcatid=0 . Both these sites are as follows 1.The Hindu (English daily of India) and 2.Sakshi (Telugu Daily of India). Can any one help me in including these images for wikipedia page Nataraja Ramakrishna.Thank You
