Deleted pages[edit]

As far as I can see you have nothing deleted on this wiki at all. Please point me to the page concerned - did you create it under another user name? --Herby talk thyme 16:21, 13 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I did not create the page, but it was created for my project by someone. The page was titled "Sipper". Napoleon09 (talk) 16:46, 13 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Ok that was tagged by another user as an advert & I agreed. It certainly was not an encyclopaedic entry. You can create something however bear in mind that it may be tagged for deletion by someone else. What is the relationship between you & user:Debashisrout please? --Herby talk thyme 17:17, 13 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
In the end the original page was an advertisement. Before placing anything on Wikipedia please ensure that you read our conflict of interest policies. Thanks --Herby talk thyme 16:12, 14 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Red links[edit]

Saw that you just removed some red links from List_of_SIP_software. I am putting the content back without red links. Wonder why you did not remove just the links. Anyway, both these tools are free and open source software and there is a community behind it. Someone someday will create these pages at which time we will add the links.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Napoleon09 (talkcontribs)

The list guidelines tell us not to list such things on 'List of' articles until they have Wikipedia articles, with or without links. - MrOllie (talk) 16:48, 13 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
