Decline reason:

You haven't been blocked, at least not directly. If you get a message saying you've been blocked ... well, I'd guess you've probably been caught in a proxy block. Go to WP:IPECPROXY and follow the instructions there to request IP block exemption; that's a better way to deal with that. — Daniel Case (talk) 08:11, 16 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
