A tag has been placed on Callum James Rivett requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles – see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. July 2010[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Callum James Rivett has been reverted.
Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. I removed the following link(s): http://www.facebook.com/pages/Stop-wikipedia-from-deleting-the-Callum-James-Rivett-article/148286555185719.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Wikipedia is not a place to write about yourself[edit]

Please stop. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a social networking site for people to write about themselves and their friends. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Read WP:Notability, and WP:ATHLETE to see what a footballer needs to have achieved before having an article, and WP:Autobiography for the reasons why in any case it is a bad idea to write about yourself. WP:Your first article has good advice about contributing. JohnCD (talk) 15:01, 29 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Mullac175. You have new messages at JohnCD's talk page.
You can remove this notice at any time by removing the {{Talkback}} or {{Tb}} template.

This article may meet Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion as a page that serves no purpose but to disparage or threaten its subject or some other entity. This includes legal threats. This also includes an article about a living person that is entirely negative in tone and unsourced, where there is no neutral version in the history to revert to. See CSD G10.

If this article does not meet the criteria for speedy deletion, or you intend to fix it, please remove this notice, but do not remove this notice from pages that you have created yourself. If you created this page, and you disagree with its proposed speedy deletion, clicking the button below will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place to explain why you believe this article should not be deleted. You can also visit the talk page directly and tailor your own message, or check if you have received a response to your message.

Note that once tagged with this notice, the page may be deleted at any time if it unquestionably meets the speedy deletion criteria, or if an explanation posted to the talk page is found to be insufficient.

Note to page author: you have not edited the article talk page yet. If you wish to contest this speedy deletion, clicking the button above will allow you to leave a talk page message explaining why you think this page should not be deleted. If you have already posted to the talk page but this message is still showing up, try purging the page cache.

Administrators: check links, history (last), and logs before deletion, and do not quote any disparaging content in the deletion log entry. Consider checking Google: web, news. This page was last edited by CanadianLinuxUser (contribs | logs) 0 seconds ago

Please consider placing the template:

Do not create pages that attack, threaten, or disparage their subject. Attack pages and files are not tolerated by Wikipedia and are speedily deleted. Users who create or add such material may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. CanadianLinuxUser (talk) 18:14, 6 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Dunking (biscuit)[edit]

I know you mean well, but please stop adding such info to the article. This is an encyclopaedia, not a guide, I would read WP:What Wikipedia is not & WP:cite & Wikipedia:Identifying reliable sources before editing in the future. Regards, --OfTheGreen (talk) 20:04, 26 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
