I've corrected the change you've made ipa pronounciation of rokocoko. Particularly the last two vowels and the use of the voiceless dental fricative.

Hi, re Joe Rokocoko - I based my IPA transcription on Joe's pronunciation of his own name, which you can hear here: [1] (scroll down to the clip labelled "See All Blacks Keven Mealamu, Aaron Mauger, Joe Rokocoko and Greg Somerville front the fans at an adidas store visit in Melbourne" - it's about 50 seconds into the clip).

Devdas (disambiguation)

Hey, I saw your edits and I want to question one thing. You stopped hiding the disambiguation parts of the title... is that really part of the MoS.... because that's incredibly stupid. It now says "Devdas (1955 film), 1955 film"... which is completely redundant and the reason I made it say "Devdas, 1955 film" is because it gave me the opportunity to properly format a disambiguation. Hi, see Wikipedia:Manual of Style (disambiguation pages), specifically the guideline on piping. The purpose of a dab page is to let the reader choose between several articles with the same title, and the parenthetical clarifier helps to disinguish them. Hi, please see Wikipedia's notability guidelines and what Wikipedia is not. Wikipedia articles should not include slang terms, unless they are in notable usage. Hey. I was tidying a bunch of articles on the minutiae of the fictional world of Eberron, and thought it would be good if the article explained why we're bothering to mention "Silver Flame", etc in the first place: namely, the fact that they're from an award-winning setting. The information as to who created Eberron (and its concomitant minutiae) seems equally appropriate for inclusion; however, clearly you disagreed. Might I ask what was your reasoning on this point? Hi, I edited them for two reasons: precedence and my interpretation of the Wikipedia:Lead section guidelines. Firstly, in existing articles about aspects of D&D campaign settings (for instance, Forgotten Realms articles), it is not established practice to state the author of the setting and the reason(s) for the setting's notability in the article's lead sentence. Secondly, my feeling was that the extra qualifiers about the awards and author worked against the WP:LEAD guidelines, which state that the lead sentence "should be a concise definition of the topic". My opinion is that an official D&D setting is intrinsically notable, given D&D's preeminent status within the RPG community, but if you feel that some additional assertion of contextual notability is necessary for these articles, perhaps you could voice your concerns on Wikipedia:WikiProject Role-playing games? Hi. There's really nothing wrong with redirects, even if an article has been AfD'd. Especially in situations like this, where the article has 50+ inbound links, a redirect can be rather useful. Protologism

When I created {{softredirect}}, my intention (explicited since the beginning on Category:Wikipedia:Soft redirects) was that articles should never receive it ("Do not add articles to this category."); the category is also a non-article category (which should not be used on articles but can be used on non-article pages). All the redirects from the article namespace using that template are historical artefacts (they were nonworking interwiki redirects, which I turned into soft redirects), which I'm working on eliminating.

Wikipedia:Soft redirect says explicitly that soft redirects to the Wiktionary should use {{wi}}; if it does not merit a {{wi}}, it should not have a soft redirect at all (MediaWiki:Noarticletext and MediaWiki:Noarticletextanon, which show when an article does not exist, already link to the definition on Wiktionary, so it can be found even without a redirect). There is nothing on Wikipedia:Soft redirect which says {{wi}} is only for articles "that could potentially be expanded to a Wikipedia article". Finally, I see nothing on the AfD and RfD that says the consensus is to use {{softredirect}}; the AfD result is a delete, and the RfD result was never announced (instead it was closed as "already turned into a soft redirect"); notice that both people who asked for a soft redirect never specified {{softredirect}}, and {{wi}} is also known as a soft redirect.

Because of all that, I'm reverting to the {{wi}} version, and undoing the changes to the intro of the category.

Christopher Reeve

Providing vivid examples of the Christopher Reeve humor phenomenon is NOT turning the article into a jokebook. Would providing examples of Holocaust atrocities turn an article into snuff porn? I find it juvenile, ignorant, and inconsiderate for anyone to postulate otherwise. The examples included are neither unneccesary nor excessive. They merely drive the point home. I understand the need for concern over such a sensitive issue. On a personal level, I've dealt with these issues and can relate to your raising the question. However, by providing the reader with the truth, the honest truth, and yes...the AWFUL truth, the reader will henceforth be made privy to the full extent of the Christopher Reeve humor phenomenon. Does including a select few "inspirational" quotes make it an unbiased "love letter" to Christopher Reeve? Ask yourself these questions, and I will assure you that after much careful thought, you too will agree that the inclusion of examples of Christopher Reeve humor is both relevant and neccessary. A mere handful of examples as posted by me are in no way excessive. I've actually included a bowlderized version, as a close family member (closer than you'd care to know) lost the ability to walk. That person would agree that by raising the issue, one will be compelled to examine its effects on others as well as its implications on the very nature of man itself. Thank you kindly.

About Adding a recipe to the 'Doughnut' article

I am curious about why adding a recipe is not acceptable. If I look up scones for example - I think finding a scone recipe would be useful - same as doughnuts, bread, shepherd's pie and so on. A single example recipe on any food item would be an excellent section. Why is this not acceptable?

If you've got a moment, take a look at maggot. I like your reordering of the order that I tried to lay down on inspiration. "Maggot" is now getting an edit warring IP. My view (on talk:Maggot, is that most of what's in the dab doesn't belong at all, but I'm not an expert at the disambiguations and try not to read the MoS unless it's quoted at me.
