Welcome![edit]

Hello, Msbmt, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as Axel Collett, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines, and may not be retained.

There's a page about creating articles you may want to read called Your first article. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on this page, followed by your question, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Questions or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! Ducknish (talk) 02:09, 25 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The article Axel Collett has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:GNG. Lack of coverage. Only potential notability is derived from the company, and can't be inherited.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Ducknish (talk) 02:09, 25 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Oslo Museum[edit]

Hello Msbmt,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Oslo Museum for deletion, because it appears to duplicate an existing Wikipedia article, [[{{{article}}}]].

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Arthistorian1977 (talk) 06:15, 17 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

It's not a duplicate. Msbmt (talk) 06:35, 17 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I see you've change the original article to contain information only about Oslo City Museum and redirected the link from Norwegian article. This is okay, but you can't remove the Speedy Deletion Tag, placed by other editor in case you're an author of the article. You should contest the deletion at the article talk page, explaining why it should not be deleted Arthistorian1977 (talk) 08:35, 17 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi! As original author of the article, could you explain to me why it should contain a whole section about the school, even though there is a separate article about it? After all the series is not about the (history of the) school, but about the students; details about Nissen are therefore not only redundant (with the main article) but also irrelevant! We can include some information about the school in a section about the content, as I had done before. Do you want to work on it or shall I do it? Regards, XanonymusX (talk) 15:24, 27 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The series is centered on the school, as all its characters attend it, as it takes place there, as the school is the central feature that unites the different characters and seasons, and as it features prominently in the series. Therefore a section on the school is clearly relevant. It doesn't matter that it has a more detailed article; it's entirely normal on the English Wikipedia to include a short summary section in such a case. Presently there is no section on the content in this article (only sections on the way the episodes are published and reception); if a proper section on the content came into existence, the current section on the school could be included as part of that section. --Msbmt (talk) 01:00, 28 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
