Proposed deletion of Luigi Contratto

The article Luigi Contratto has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No independent sources found, no indication of importance. Claim about receiving Knight of Vittorio Veneto from King Victor Emmanuel III in person seems unlikely as award was established in 1968 and said king died in 1947.
