There are a number of things you have to do to make an acceptable article in Wikipedia. Have a look at the above links, especially the manual of style. Also look at other pages to see how they are written.

Regarding Racial formation theory in particular:

Remember that a person may not have read anything else on a subject when they read your article. Your posting started "Racial formation theory is also...". Also to what? Give a couple of sentences explaining what is being talked about at the start of an article.
If you are writing about someone's theory or opinion (and you seem to be) you need to be very clear about whose theory or opinion it is, and who agrees with it or not. You can't just state what they say as a fact.
You particularly need to cite references from reliable sources. The references need to show not just that the person you quote really said what the article claims they said, but also that it's an important or widely accepted view. Just because one person wrote a paper claiming that something is so doesn't mean there should be an encyclopedia article about it. The standard for Wikipedia is verifiability and notability, not truth.
