Hi Mmcain09, I had meant to reach out sooner, welcome! As communications director, you will want to take a look at Wikipedia:COI, specifically WP:DISCLOSE, or WP:COIDISCLOSEPAY if editing for work. You'll need to request edits to the IATSE from the Talk page, where someone will either do the edit for you, or OK you to do it, but as you've seen already, people are pretty helpful here. One major thing you could help with is finding proper, published references for everything from history down to district divisions; there are very few currently. Another would be uploading freely licensed historical or modern pictures, such as members at work, rallies, strikes, original member cards, or anything someone might find interesting.
