Speedy deletion nomination of Will Lynch

FYI, potential candidates for future elections are generally not considered to meet the notability guideline unless they already hold notable elective office (state representative, state senator, etc.). If he does win the primary and become the general election nominee in 2012, you could write the article then; those are generally allowed.
