The source says Murray will be number 2 if Federer loses the ATP Finals final[1]. Federer lost. When I left the message you did not have a source in the article saying that Federer had lost. All you had was a statement saying that Murray would be #2 if Federer lost. I didn't know Federer had lost and there wasn't anything in the article to say that he had lost (and for all I know he hadn't yet lost when you first made the entry). You can't assume that readers are going to know what happened. It was an improperly sourced statement. And as I say at the top of my talk page, please don't duplicate threads.
