A tag has been placed on Draft:Pioneers Information Technologies Co. LTD (Pio-Tech), requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Information icon Hello, I'm Deb. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions have been undone because they appeared to be promotional. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted; Wikipedia articles should be written objectively, using independent sources, and from a neutral perspective. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you.
Information icon Hello, Mahfooz Khrawish. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:Spam);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you.Deb (talk) 07:31, 8 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Draft:Pioneers Information Technologies Co. LTD (Pio-Tech), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Thanks for email. You said I believe you have wrongly blocked me from editing on wikipedia under false assumption that i am a paid undisclosed editor or a spammer! You also said I work for the company, so you certainly are a paid editor. You said My relationship with the company have been stated prior to writing anything, but there is no declaration on your user page as required. Indeed, you seem to have completely ignored the COI warning above from Deb.

You say that you are not a spammer but all your article edits are promoting your company. I deleted your article because it did not provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that it meets the notability guidelines. You gave no independent third-party references of any kind, so we can't verify anything you claim. The notability guidelines for organisations and companies have been updated. The primary criteria has five components that must be evaluated separately and independently to determine if it is met:

  1. significant coverage in
  2. independent,
  3. multiple,
  4. reliable,
  5. secondary sources.
Note that an individual source must meet all four criteria to be counted towards notability.

You said the purpose of the article is not supposed to be for promotional purposes, but that's exactly what it is. Most of your text is telling us what you sell in highly promotional terms, such as the vision of enhancing the banking sector using new technologies in order to add more value to banks operations and to banks clients... offers a group of solutions that fall under the core operations of the bank with the aim of enhancing the operations and automate its processes... offers a group of solutions that enhances the Journey of the clients at the bank and the employees performance. and so on. I note that "offers" is ad-talk for sells

You said you guys came a little too hard on me! instead i would have assumed the community would give advice on enhancing the draft! The whole of this page is full of guidance that you have ignored, your article has been deleted three times at least by three different admins, yet you still ignored the guidance and kept posting unsourced and often copyrighted spam. If you didn't understand the guidance, why didn't you ask one of the deleting admins, rather than just repeating the offending edits?

It's clear that if you are unblocked, you will continue spamming your company, so I'm not going to unblock you. If you intend to make useful contributions other than promoting your business or organisation, you may request an unblock. To do so, post the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason to be unblocked. In that reason, you must:

  • Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
  • Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.

If you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal it. To do so, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page, replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason for thinking that the block was an error, and publish the page. Request reason:

Hello Jim, thank you for your explanation. I understand that the reason for my block was mainly due to not following the publishing guidelines, this happened due to this being my first attempt at creating an article on wikipedia as i explained in my email to you, you mentioned in that i ignored the guidelines while in fact I'm still trying to abide by them and in the article content was changed every time i tried to publish it in my an attempt to make it adhere to guidelines, things are clearer now, and i believe the issue here is that I'm not supposed to write information about a company that i work for, or someone whom i have any type of relationship with.

Regarding what I'm intending to contribute to the community, i intent to create articles about the concepts of organisational change management and organisational culture and how it influences the outcome of work, i hope that this is a sufficient reason to unblock me in order for me to try to give back to the wikipedia community Thanks — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mahfooz Khrawish (talkcontribs) 11:10, 26 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Procedural decline only. This unblock request has been open for more than two weeks but has not proven sufficient for any reviewing administrator to take action. You are welcome to request a new block review if you substantially reword your request. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 13:02, 14 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
