Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Shoichi dbz created character probably isn't necessary

I think we edit conflicted; you were creating the AfD while I was tagging the page for speedy deletion. Unless the creator can demonstrate that Shoichi dbz created character isn't just something he made up, I'll be speedy deleting it within the next 15 minutes. Hey, User:C.Fred. I was considering putting a tag for speedy deletion but i already layed down the tag hammer and nominated for deletion, i think in my humble opinion 15 minutes is not enough, especially at this late hour. I ask for more time although i agree with you, i simply want to be fair, i say 24 hours, a day is enough, not a mere 15 minutes. I already took numerous measures in the first place, so we should just wait a day for the author he or she to fix his situation, after 24 hours have it your way no questions asked. Have a good day.

User:Samtar, Even though i am only a Level 4 Novice Editor, i am a very active and enthusiastic Wikipedian, i have over 1,770 edits and have written 21 Articles. All naval. I am a member of Wikiproject Ships, Military History Wikiproject, and the Wikipedia World War II Task Force. Feel free to check out my articles. I do mostly military and naval articles. Wikipedia is, no doubt, very big, but some ships still need their story known! Every ship has a unique story! And that's what i dedicate myself to. I covered alot in the Wikipedia Adventure, the Adoption School for User:Howicus didn't work out for me, some of the stuff it asked me to do was very hard with the constantly growing number of Recent Changes patrollers. Look at it and you will have a feel of what didn't really work well for me.

Why?

There is no page "MOS:SHIPS" when i searched for it. Furthermore, i have done nothing wrong to my knowledge when it comes to editing ships. Instead of just telling me what to do, please give me reasoning as to why i, a creator of some 28 (about to be 29)ship articles, apparently must be re-educated on the art of editing them. Thanks.

Firstly, creator of anything means nothing on this wiki; you do not own those articles. Secondly, MOS:SHIPS stands for Wikipedia:WikiProject Ships/Guidelines, also known as the Manual of Style (MOS) for Ships. This is an encyclopedia, there is a way articles should be formatted so they all look the same, and yours tend to diverge from the FAC (Featured Article Content) which is what hopefully someday, all ship articles will look like. G'day all, please be advised that throughout March 2017 the Military history Wikiproject is running its March Madness drive. This is a backlog drive that is focused on several key areas:

• creating articles that are listed as "requested" on the project's various task force pages or other lists of missing articles.

As with past Milhist drives, there are points awarded for working on articles in the targeted areas, with barnstars being awarded at the end for different levels of achievement.

The drive is open to all Wikipedians, not just members of the Military history project, although only work on articles that fall (broadly) within the military history scope will be considered eligible. More information can be found here for those that are interested, and members can sign up as participants at that page also.

To support contributors interested in the area over various language Wikipedias, we intend to form a user group. April 2018 Milhist Backlog Drive

G'day all, please be advised that throughout April 2018 the Military history Wikiproject is running its annual backlog elimination drive. This will focus on several key areas:

• adding or improving listed resources on Milhist's task force pages
• updating the open tasks template on Milhist's task force pages
• creating articles that are listed as "requested" on the project's various lists of missing articles.

As with past Milhist drives, there are points awarded for working on articles in the targeted areas, with barnstars being awarded at the end for different levels of achievement.

The drive is open to all Wikipedians, not just members of the Military history project, although only work on articles that fall (broadly) within the scope of military history will be considered eligible. This year, the Military history project would like to extend a specific welcome to members of Wikipedia:WikiProject Women in Red, and we would like to encourage all participants to consider working on helping to improve our coverage of women in the military. This is not the sole focus of the edit-a-thon, though, and there are aspects that hopefully will appeal to pretty much everyone.

The drive starts at 00:01 UTC on 1 April and runs until 23:59 UTC on 30 April 2018. Those interested in participating can sign up here.

For the last 20 months, you appear to have been focused on your award curations in sandboxes and sim group badge uploads are questionable. Would you please explain? I created the Naval Corps in January 2012, and was in charge of it while being a Naval JROTC Cadet, a member of the Young Marines, a Civil Air Patrol Cadet/Senior Member (ID Number 616045), and a Soldier in the Virginia Defense Force (ID Number 1900802) prior to my enlistment in the U.S. Army Infantry. If you investigated enough, you could discover that too. Please think twice before questioning a legitimate member of the DoD. It puts a stain on the professionalism that is expected of us as Editors. I am autoconfirmed and have created over 40 articles. I am a member of the U.S. Naval Institute and a Plankowner of the National Museum of the Surface Navy. I currently study Military History at American Military University. I do not mean to be rude, but any real soldier/sailor/airman/coast guardsman/marine would be offended at being questioned for their "authenticity".

No, not really. Real servicemen are used to being asked to authenticate in many ways. When you buy something at the PX, you still show your ID card even if you are in uniform, don't you? You identify when challenged by those on watch or any DI, other NCO or officer that happens to outrank you and many other times as well. I don't need to have your personally identifying information but my questions are fair given the circumstances. What articles do you intend to write?
