An article you recently created, List of fire departments in Illinois, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. I'm still adding information to the page. All information is confirmed, I've been in the fire/ems industry for many years and i have learned all the information in the page. I'm simply sharing my information. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ltginrage (talkcontribs)

Fair enough. But the page isn't ready as a mainspace article yet. No sources yet. Lots of blank sections that either need to be removed or filled in, and so on. That's why I made it a draft so you can work on it in your own time without worrying about deletion, and then you can submit it for review when it is ready. Is there a way to recover a large edit i just lost from you moving the article during the editing session? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ltginrage (talkcontribs)

No history was lost. I moved it to Draft which preserves the articles history at the time of the move.. (Unless you made an edit to the original article after it was moved, in which case you will need an administrator to assist you via Wikipedia:Requests for undeletion). Also, you should sign your comments on a talk page by typing ~~~~. Singularity42 (talk) 19:07, 7 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
