For the record

Regarding your note on my talk page, I have never emailed you to tell you that your block had expired as your account is indefinitely blocked and there is no expiry date. The only way you would have recieved an email signed by me is through the UTRS system, and you would have needed to have made the request via one of your sock accounts or an IP. Any appeals you make regarding your block, regardless of the venue (i.e. UTRS or BASC) will need to be made from your main account.--Jezebel'sPonyo^{bons mots} 16:36, 6 December 2013 (UTC)

You are correct. I was not the original admin who declined your request; Darkwind sent you an email given explicit instructions as to what would need to happen in order for an unblock appeal to be heard. As over a week went by without a response from you I procedurally closed the appeal with the standard "your appeal has expired" template. Unfortunately the similar "your block has expired" template was sent in error. You are still indefinitely blocked and Darkwind's instructions still apply.--Jezebel'sPonyo^{bons mots} 21:45, 6 December 2013 (UTC)
