Suzuka[edit]

Thanks for taking an interest in the Suzuka (manga) article. In my mind, I was going to place small headshots by the the character's bios on the main page until the article go big enough to move to it's own page. It would be like the other List of character articles such as: Characters of Death Note or List of characters in Tenjho Tenge. That is just my opinion!!! If you want to create separate articles for each character that is fine, but be warned that it's not an easy task. Also remember to fill out all the info when uploading pics or you will get a message from OrphanBot, which could mean the removal of your image. Anyhow, I just glad that you are willing to help. Let me know what you think of my ideas by leaving a me message on my talk page. (Duane543 22:19, 14 March 2007 (UTC))[reply]

I'm still willing to help, but looks like you are trying to do to much to fast. You need to work on one article at a time because right now it only looks like you are making a bunch of stub articles and hope that someone else will fill them in. If you skim through the Suzuka article history, you will see so far their are only a few editors that have added more the a few lines. I assume your a new editor and I admire your enthusiasm, but you need to pace yourself and work to create good articles( as outlined in such places as WikiProject Anime and manga page), instead of a bunch of stub articles that could be just merged or deleted. (Duane543 21:21, 15 March 2007 (UTC))[reply]

A tag has been placed on Miki Hashiba, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}} to the page and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this.

As an added comment: I've put the same warning on other pages you've created. Creating small articles with no sources or any notable content isn't how things should be done. As Duane said above: create good articles. Focus on one, and edit it for a bit... instead of making a bunch with "coming soon" as basically the only text. RobJ1981 21:49, 15 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Don't get me wrong, I was not trying to discourage you. All I was saying was to pace yourself on starting new articles. I suggest that you take some time to look at how the other good anime and manga articles are set up. If you still up to adding to or starting up individual Suzuka character articles, do one at a time. If you don't think you will get around to adding to an article anytime soon, then let it get deleted because when you are ready it can always be recreated.(Duane543 02:15, 16 March 2007 (UTC))[reply]
"Modeling alot of the new things after other anime wikisites" is what I meant when I said other good anime and manga (wiki) articles. If you have not noticed I added some info to the anime episode list already.(Duane543 22:32, 16 March 2007 (UTC))[reply]
Saw your message to User:Rayquaza10. Just want to tell you to be more careful how you word your messages. Their is always the possibility that it could be misinterpreted. Rayquaza10 did a good job. Sure the editor did not put in the proper info with the pics (which I fixed), wrote a long summary with errors, but (s)he was willing to put in time and effort to help out. I guess what I saying try to be more positive with new editors and try to help them to fit in. Anyhow, good job on the List of Suzuka Music article. (Duane543 01:05, 10 April 2007 (UTC))[reply]

License tagging for Image:SuzukaEp13.JPG[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:SuzukaEp13.JPG. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 23:13, 19 March 2007 (UTC)

Suzuka Volume 11 Cover Image is the wrong one?[edit]

There are actually two versions of Volume 11: A limited edition special, which included extra stuff along with the manga, and the regular edition which was only the manga. The image that has been put up is the limited edition version and I'm thinking it's NOT going to be released in the US (pure guess on my part). In any case, I have the regular edition cover image I've downloaded from the Shonen Magazine website. Should I replace the one you put up? Or maybe put up both images with verbage explaining there are two Volume 11 editions?

Question[edit]

Would you be interested in helping trying getting Suzuka (manga) listed as a Good article? (Duane543 02:41, 29 June 2007 (UTC))[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Suzuka10.gif)[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Suzuka10.gif. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:18, 9 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
