Lacey, Please read out policy on External Links. For one, these are global articles so U.S. centric links are inappropriate. What does someone in Canada care about Project America. Second, the page contains no important information regarding the topic, in fact, it contains no information. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a collection of links. Would you expect to find your link in Britannica as a reference for more information on Crime, Health Care, etc...? I think not. It is a solicitation to your website or linkspam. It also appears to be some form of social networking site. What you can do is create an article about your organization, if it meets notability requirements.
