July 2015[edit]

The question whether Ukraine districts should be named in English as districts or raions was discussed at Talk:Raions of Ukraine#Translation and below; the consensus was to stick with raion. Therefore I strongly suggest that you stop reverting. Note that edit-warring is not an acceptable means of dispute resolution, and if you continue edit-warring, your account might be blocked from editing. Thank you for understanding.--Ymblanter (talk) 20:58, 19 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, you're not wikipedia's owner and even not Ukrainian. Please, stop reverting my changes. This article is completely incorrect, all of it's content: names of oblasts, districts and cities. Don't create new words, take the dictionary and look for word район. It's a district. Only district. Open google maps and look. I live in Kyiv. There are 10 districts in Kyiv. Just open the map and look. It doesn't need to be discussed. It's pretty clear that the right word is District!!!
Let me try again before I report you to WP:ANI. We have here certain policies. In particular, the core policy of the project is WP:CONSENSUS. It says that all decision in the project are taken by consensus. Users discuss, and only then a decision is taken. In this case, there was a discussion, which I referenced in the first message. In particular, your arguments were evaluated (I personally voted for districts), and the consensus was that in Ukraine, these entities should be called raions, not districts. You have to respect this consensus. You can also try whether the consensus changed, and open a new discussion, though I doubt very much it would be successful. Until you managed to demonstrate that there is consensus for calling them districts, please stopm edit-warring, because the next revert will likely result in a block for your account. --Ymblanter (talk) 05:52, 20 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
In addition, you screwed up all markup, turning wikilinks to redlinks.--Ymblanter (talk) 05:55, 20 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You can fix redilinks, I don't mind) Districts in Ukrainian is incorrect. You make Wikipedia wrong. This article is completely incorrect. Can you understand it? Do you live in gorod or city? It the same. Why have you deleted Ukraine as a country in a country list? It's not a country anymore for your consensus? Vote again, I don't mind either!

Have you read what I have written above? You have no authority to decide what is correct and what is not.--Ymblanter (talk) 06:01, 20 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Ukraine is obviously listed at Raion.--Ymblanter (talk) 06:02, 20 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Start new consensus to rename it into districts of Ukraine. If you voted for districts you should support me. I don't understand you at all. I only want Wikipedia to be correct.
No, I do not waste my time for that. If you want, please revert all your changes and start the discussion yourself. I am pretty sure nothing changed in less than two years.--Ymblanter (talk) 06:07, 20 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

By the way Russia in the both article. So, remove it as well. Why do you removing only Ukraine? Is it personal? It's not a waste of time and I won't revert these changes, coz its correct. No one but you is arguing about changes I made.

I opened an ANI topic about you: Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents#User:Kolomiychuk. You are welcome to explain yourself there.--Ymblanter (talk) 06:17, 20 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You are wrong. I started consensus about Districts, I even didn't know I have to. I'm a new here.

I had to block you for disruptive editing. As User:Ymblanter explained to you, do not do massive changing on many articles, especially those that break markup or create red links without starting a discussion and getting some sort of consensus first. If you agree to follow this routine, request an unblock on this talk page and me or somebody else will unblock you. Alex Bakharev (talk) 07:16, 20 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, I won't edit Raion page, but don't remove Ukraine from countries list in the article "District". Ukraine deserves to be a part of this article. Thanks for Understanding.

I unblocked you, please do not resume edit-warring.--Ymblanter (talk) 05:30, 21 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
