October 2008[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit you made to Geography of Georgia (country) has been reverted, as it appears to have removed content from the page without explanation. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thank you. Editing IP-related articles[edit]

Hi Keverich,

I have reverted your edits to Hamas and Gaza Strip and will revert your recent edits to Israeli–Palestinian conflict‎.

Please note that these articles are subject to Discretionary sanctions. Try to take the time to discuss mass content removals on talk first and get consensus first.

I would also suggest you first have a look at Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Palestine-Israel articles and Wikipedia:WikiProject Israel Palestine Collaboration.

Cheers, pedrito - talk - 16.12.2008 14:32

Just to make it clear, I have never ever made edits to Hamas. I don't know what Pedro is talking about.Keverich1 (talk) 15:19, 16 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry, got confused. Corrected. I didn't really like your last post to my talk page though and thought it best to report it here.

Notification of arbitration enforcement[edit]

Please note that Israel-United States military relations and other related articles are the subject of arbitration sanctions, which authorise enforcement action against editors who seriously fail to adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, any expected standards of behavior, or any normal editorial process. You have violated those editorial processes and standards of behaviour by repeatedly edit-warring and assuming bad faith on my part. I have therefore requested enforcement action against you, at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Arbitration enforcement#User:Keverich1. I strongly suggest that you revert your last edit to Israel-United States military relations and cease edit-warring there, or face a block. -- ChrisO (talk) 21:53, 24 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Editing survey[edit]

Hi Keverich1. My name is Mike Lyons and I am a doctoral student at Indiana University in the United States. I am conducting research on the writing and editing of high traffic current events articles on Wikipedia. I have noticed in the talk page archives at 2008 South Ossetia war that you have contributed to the editing or maintenance of the article. I was hoping you would agree to fill out a brief survey about your experience. This study aims to help expand our thinking about collaborative knowledge production. Believe me I share your likely disdain for surveys but your participation would be immensely helpful in making the study a success. A link to the survey is included below. An explanation of my project is included with the survey.

Second Lebanon War[edit]

Hi there. I'm a novice to Wiki and generally don't trust it for good reason. I viewed the "Second Lebanon War" article & noticed an Arab bias or slant. I made some edits yesterday (Aug 31) that were thoroughly researched, cross-referenced, sourced and on some occasions double-sourced. Yet my edits were "reverted" twice by some guy going by the username "Fayssalf." He is a site administrator and I believe, heavily biased in favor of Hezbollah.

I would like to post the reverted edits again and make additional edits to the article to inject some balance. How do I bypass this guy or nullify his actions? --Jiujitsuguy (talk) 15:37, 1 September 2009 (UTC)Jiujitsuguy--Jiujitsuguy (talk) 15:37, 1 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
