I've been on here for 2 years and was welcomed today. I don't interfere with other people's contributions and I like to add bits of useful and missing information. I don't like being accused of creating or editing articles that I did not and so if anyone is going to do that will you please get your facts right.

I don't use this place to promote myself as I'm only here to add to the pool of knowledge being shared. I've no desire to be a super cool know everything busy body either so don't expect me to socialise.Katsapa (talk) 19:15, 11 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I saw the discussion at Wikipedia:New contributors' help page/questions#I was accused of creating an inappropriate page which I DID NOT CREATE regarding Agency Worker Regulations 2010. As an administrator I can see the page history of deleted pages (you and Gandalf61 cannot). According to our logs you did in fact create the page 9 February and it had not existed before at that time. Your edit summary when you created it was "brief warning after receiving link to non-existent wiki page in Online job email scam". After the page was deleted you created it a second time 11 February. If you had correctly observed that the page was non-existent then I'm a little confused by your complaints. Maybe you incorrectly assumed that the page had existed in the past or existed in some other form since you had apparently seen a link to it. It sounds like you were mailed a false link and made a good faith mistake. You are allowed to remove comments from your talk page as you have done, but I don't see any wrongdoing in the editor who posted to you. PrimeHunter (talk) 00:11, 13 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
