No, you tagged IBill for CSD w/ rationale of "notenglish". But that is not a WP:CSD criterion. It was later deleted per WP:CSD#G11 and WP:CSD#A7. Back in June. Dlohcierekim (talk) 17:16, 19 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
