Five of the eight footnotes here are primary sources self-published by organizations directly affiliated with the claims, which are not support for notability -- in order to be notable because of an award, you have to show that the award is a notable one by sourcing the claim to media coverage that treats "so-and-so wins such-and-such award" as news, and a person cannot get over Wikipedia's notability criteria for winning an award that you source to the award's own website about itself. And other than that, what's left for proper coverage in real media isn't enough to claim that he would pass WP:GNG on that coverage alone.
