Your constant reversion of the image is edit warring and disrupts the article, and your constant inane statements on the talk page disrupt the talk page. Any admin can unblock this account when the editor agrees to stop changing images of Scarlet Johannsen or talking about pictures of Scarlett Johannsen. The requirement for unblock is that you not only stop changing the picture, but that you stop talking about changing the picture as well. No more requests on the talk page. No requests anywhere. An edit like the last one you made to Dismas's talk page is exactly the kind that you are not permitted to make.
