Bed WP:RFPP report[edit]

You asked for protection of Wokingham & Emmbrook F.C. with the reason that there was a "high level of ip vandalism." I was unable to find a single instance of outright vandalism in the page's recent history, let alone the high levels you reported. Please familiarize yourself with the protection policy before making any more such requests. Thanks. Beeblebrox (talk) 20:41, 2 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article Mark Ashwell has been proposed for deletion because, under Wikipedia policy, all newly created biographies of living persons must have at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Your comment on my talk page[edit]

I replied to your comment on my talk page. Note that I moved it to the bottom of the page, as new threads always go on the bottom of talk pages. As you'll see in the response, I restored the article to a temporary holding space in your userspace so that you can work on it. 02:08, 27 November 2011 (UTC)

OOps, I mis-signed the above; that's from me. Qwyrxian (talk) 23:29, 27 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
One suggestion on the article, as well--assuming you can fix the notability problem, two other things that need to change: 1) The chronology should be removed, and replaced with prose text listing only those things that are notable to people outside of the club. For example, you can't record the changes is club officers. Second, the whole thing needs to be rewritten from a 3rd person perspective. That means, no "we" or "our". Remember, this is page doesn't belong to the club--it needs to be a neutral presentation of only those facts that are important to an encyclopedic description of the club.
