Helping you save your article

Hi Jhutson64. I was going through the list of articles for deletion and came across Michael Potts. I posted a "weak delete" recommendation for the article, but I decided to tell you how you can save it. Right now the way to save it is to provide better sources. You need to provide independent secondary sources that has Michael Potts as the subject. For example, a chapter in a book (that was written by someone unrelated) that talks about the phenomenon of the man, or a news article from a website that talks more about the man himself and not just about what happened to his company.

When you find those sources, you can let other editors know here, and if you want you can let me know here so I can change my recommendation. All the best!--Samuel Tan (talk) 06:51, 3 July 2008 (UTC)

Hey there! I just saw the new source. I will retract my "weak delete" recommendation and let other editors know about the source. Hi again :) I can't view the article - it won't even allow me to sign up. Don't worry, though. The way the deletion process works is that the article will be up for deletion for 5 days, after which an administrator will see if there is a consensus to delete it. So you have two or three days left. At this point I think it is unlikely to be deleted because, well, no one else has commented on the article.
