I see you caught my recent bumbled attempt at reporting an issue. You said it was vandalism but I did not mean it to be so. It won't happen again. I don't envy you your task. Managing Conflicts of interest

Thank you very much for offering this information and explanation. I'm very new to the editing side of Wikipedia, so I am very grateful for any and all guidance I receive.
I understand Wiki's desire to have information free of advertising and self promotion, but I'm confused as to how government organizations are able to generate pages informing others of their mission, role and purpose. For example, there are Wiki entries for each of the primary Naval commands that head the Naval Aviation Enterprise: [Naval Air Forces] (This page includes a short blurb about the NAE organization), [Commandant for Aviation] and [[1]].
In the nature of full disclosure, I work for a government contractor supporting the US Navy's Naval Aviation Enterprise contract (the topic I was attempting to publish a page on). I was directed by the Communications Director to develop a Wiki page for the organization.
Is there a way for me to submit content for a Naval Aviation Enterprise page to be created? I'd prefer to provide the Communications Director with a path to completing this request. If you are not aware of a way for me to have this request accomplished, do you recommend I reach out in the Teahouse for further guidance?

- @AviationCommsSpecialist: Thanks for reaching out. When I looked at it, your draft didn't seem overly promotional, but it didn't cite any sources outside the US DoD. Are there any? The organization is modeled after the private airline industry but adapted to US Naval Aviation. As far as I'm aware this structure is unique to US Naval Aviation and no other branch or division of the US Military has a similar structure. All references to this organization will be linked to or related to US Naval Commands.
