11/29/12 - Jeff, Please tell me why my edits to the article "4th and 26" keep getting deleted as 'vandalism'. I believe you were one of the people who deleted my content and reverted to previous content. They are not vandalism. They are legitimate edits with more relevant info. If there is something I am doing wrong process-wise, please advise. See the edit from around 10/10/12 which was removed.

Also, I am not sure how to get a response to this post, you can email me at colebill@earthlink.net

thanks for your help.

Bill, thanks for your question. With this edit, you completely eviscerated the referenced article about a play on January 11, 2004 in favor of a new play on September 13th, 2012. That just isn't done. Then, you edit warred to do it again, in multiple edits. That isn't done either. You are welcome to create a new article, perhaps 4th and 26 (2012), with the new content, but it would need verifiable reliable sources, which you neglected to include. You also neglected to discuss and get consensus for your wholesale change on Talk:4th and 26.   — Jeff G. ツ (talk) 01:20, 1 December 2012 (UTC)
I just emailed you.   — Jeff G. ツ (talk) 03:36, 6 December 2012 (UTC)

Thanks for the reply. YOu will note that I did make smaller edits to this article years ago without deleting anything from the referenced article. My edits were deleted. Got me off on the wrong foot.

Also, are you saying that all edits to this article have gone through this full process of getting verifiable sources, a discussion and consensus?

All deletions of the majority of the article have (if any). See WP:STATUSQUO. Looking at your content as a potential new article a la WP:AFC, I found it to be lacking such sources. Discussion and consensus are normally not necessary for new articles, but review is recommended. You are welcome to discuss your smaller edits from years ago, but I can't identify them because they don't show up as having been made from your current IP Address - I recommend you create an account.   — Jeff G ツ (talk) 03:42, 7 December 2012 (UTC)
