Fair use rationale for Image:NABI_new_building_northern_alberta_business_incubator.jpg

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Proposed deletion of Northern Alberta Business Incubator

The article Northern Alberta Business Incubator has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:NORG. Other than the cited reference and this there are no sources where NABI is the primary topic of discussion. The two sources are both from a local newspaper and are within eight months of each other, suggesting that the coverage is localised and not lasting, failing to garner major, significant coverage that connotes notability.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
