Unfortunately, this narrow IP range is hardblocked due to the actions of a particularly serious banned editor. I'm going to try reducing it to softblock to see how things go. To Jamesvera - I'm really sorry about all the trouble here. It's nothing to do with you personally, and you've done nothing wrong.
