Quick note[edit]

Hey there,

Just replied at Talk:Ark Encounter. Just a quick tangential note about talk page conventions, since I see you're relatively new to Wikipedia. On talk pages, it's typical to increase the indent by one for each reply. That's done by adding a colon. E.g.

user A
user B
user A

At the end of your post, you can sign it by just typing four tildes (~~~~). There's also a link above the editing window that looks kind of like cursive.

The {{ping}} template only creates a notification for the person you're pinging if you include a signature. In this case, I have the article on my "watchlist" anyway, so I would see it whether or not if I was notified.

Let me know if you have questions about formatting or whatever else (the WP:TEAHOUSE is also a good place to ask questions). — Rhododendrites talk \\ 16:39, 17 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
