It takes time to learn how Wikipedia works. Some rules and norms aren't necessarily intuitive right off the bat, and take time to learn. You've only got about 20 edits to your name, so I'm guessing you haven't really done this yet, and are just pouting because you're not getting your way. That said, while I have a bit sympathy to that struggle, other concepts, like "don't vandalize other peoples stuff" is a lot more universal - any more of that and your account is blocked.
