Nice try! I have often seen comments about the apparent contradiction regarding Shaw's purchase of Shaw's Corner and his stance against ownership of property.

However, Dionysus is right in removing your contribution. Shaw was a Fabian and the Fabians believed all productive land should be common property but thought personal property, including homes and furniture were permissible. Productive land was land capable of earning money for its owner by rental (e.g. tenant farms and tenements) or by exploiting its natural resources. Wugo 01:10, 17 October 2007 (UTC)
