Proposed deletion of Backup Multithreading[edit]

The article Backup Multithreading has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No claim of WP:NOTABILITY.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

Thanks for taking the time and energy to try to improve Wikipedia, and introducing a new article. In this case, you've done a good job making a clear article, but one thing the article is missing is any proof or any statement that this is a notable piece of software. If you can find some articles from reliable sources discussing the software, and use them as reference for the article, that would go a long way in fixing that. Wikipedia tries not to have articles on everything, just on everything notable... and we tend to delete articles that don't show notability. Nomination of Backup Multithreading for deletion[edit]

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Backup Multithreading is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

You could also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. Hello Howartthou. If you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Multithreading Backup Utility, you may have a conflict of interest, or close connection to the subject.

Speedy deletion nomination of File:ShaneGallipoli.jpg[edit]

A tag has been placed on File:ShaneGallipoli.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.
