Hello. Are you just an Armenian or an ordinary u.s. people who has no idea about the world? Due to the collapse of Artsakh, pages containing outdated information need to be edited. Currently, hundreds of pages on Wikipedia are waiting for these edits to be made. As you have been told, you generally do not have permission to edit articles in the Armenia–Azerbaijan topic area. This is a site-wide Arbitration Committee policy for this topic area in general, and reinforced by an Administrators' Noticeboard discussion specifically about your edits.
