Hey, it says: "status page will be automatically updated"... it isn't. Thought I would bring this to your attention. Manadude2 :  Talk; 19:26, 11 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If the scripts mentioned are installed correctly, clicking one of the update links should bring you to an edit screen which will automatically save itself. If this isn't the case, please let me know; some other editors have had some issues with those, although I'm not sure where the problem is stemming from. Hey, just wanted to inform you that after I update the links, it brings an edit screen for the my Status page, but it does not save automatically, and nothing is added in the edit space either. I would appreciate it if you would take a look. Thanks. --Syed Kazim | Talk 13:23, 22 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I have this issue too. Stifle (talk) 10:39, 30 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

As do I. javért | talk 21:01, 17 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
This is a known issue; I don't know what is causing it, but for some reason it takes much longer than one would expect for the javascript to start working the way it should. It should kick in a few weeks after installing the script onto your monobook, but I can't say how long it will be exactly. Sorry. In the meantime, the template is designed to respond to the following phrases on the page; the status page should contain one of these phrases on a single line and nothing else, however it is not case sensitive.
Online: online
Offline: offline
Busy/On IRC: recently online
At work/In class: at work/in class
Sorry for the inconvenience. Hersfold (t/a/c) 21:17, 17 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I'm experiencing this issue; I've been looking at User:Henrik/js/automod.js and am wondering - is it in the month after the box is added that it starts working properly? Having just added the box today, I'll be able to tell you what mine is doing in a couple of days' time, but looking at the automod script, I think that the function 'am_guess_date', by specifying month names before returning dates, could be doing something to it.
I don't have any actual experience in JavaScript, though, so this is all guesswork by me. — Sasuke Sarutobi (talk) 14:58, 30 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Help me![edit]

  1. I created User:Kubek15/Status, it's blank.
  2. I added the script to my monobook.js file (User:Kubek15/monobook.js)
  3. I cleared my firefox cache
  4. I added {{User:Hersfold/StatusTemplate}} to my userpage (User:Kubek15) and I saved the page
  5. I clicked on the 'On' word and... I was redirected to edit of my blank User:Kubek15/Status page! It redirected and that's all! It ends on redirecting to editing of blank page! What I have to fix?
