Ethnicity

Hi, the ethnicity field was removed from the infobox template some time ago, mainly because it was causing problems due to innacurate and unreferenced use. There is no restriction on mentioning ethnicity in the text of an article where relevant, subject to the usual verifiabilty requirements.
