I am by no means anti-vaccination; quite the contrary. I think you misstated what the article says but I can see how you might have done this. The law was in existence, not prompted by the incident, but exemptions were tightened up by an amendment. In any event, this probably does not belong in this article. It is already stated, accurately, in Incidents at Disneyland Resort, where I think it is germane.

I am deleting my previous message in the manner prescribed by the guidelines (strike through, which along with this note shows that I was one who deleted it) because you were obviously in good faith and had a point, though I also believe I had a good reason for interpreting your edit as a factual error.
