Basically anything related to women's interest topics and the developing world is underrepresented on Wikipedia. See WP:CSB for more info. If I were you, I'd choose a city in Africa and improve that article! You can also see Category:Articles needing translation from French Wikipedia for articles needing translation from French. The other wikipedias have a ton of content that English Wikipedia doesn't have. Merry Christmas and happy editing!
