Screen caps can be used if they meet the criteria for fair use. Regardless, if you want it to have a chance to be used (i.e. not deleted) you should change the license tag that you placed on the file to show that it is a screen cap and add a fair use rationale. I am trying to create an article for Miss Ireland 2001 Lesley Turner. She competed at the miss Universe 2001 pageant but I did not see her there. And I have another problem. There is another Lesley Turner, Lesley Turner Bowry. Please help me.

Since there are only two names (that I see) and there is in fact a subtle difference in names, I would suggest the following:

Move Lesley Turner (Miss Ireland) to Lesley Turner. Add an {{otherpeople4}} template at the top to link to Lesley Turner Bowrey.
Add an {{otherpeople4}} template at the top of Lesley Turner Bowrey that links to Lesley Turner.
Add Lesley Turner to Lesley and Turner disambiguation pages.
