Adoption[edit]

Hello, I noticed that you were looking for adoption and wanted to let you know that I am willing to take on an adoptee right now. Please, let me know if you want to be adopted! I have had an account since April 2007 but have been editing for awhile now, so I know the ropes. Thanks, Neranei 14:51, 22 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Abject apology (redoubled)[edit]

I must have failed to save the apology that I typed here on 29 May. So I owe Foxtrotman an even more abject apology now. What I wrote then in the heat of my shame was more eloquent that I can summon up now. But here goes.

I owe Foxtrotman an abject apology. By a lack of care for which I can find no excuse, I placed here a vandalism warning that was meant for someone else. I am indeed sorry for the offence that I thus caused him, and I beg him to be so good as to forgive me. Lima 16:52, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Adoption[edit]

I will adopt you aas soon as I return; I am on vacation right now. Sorry for the wait! I will message you when I get back. This should help if you have trouble, but I will be unavailable for awhile. I am very sorry, but will get back to you in a week or so. Thanks, Neranei 08:47, 12 June 2007 (UTC) \ps. I know it gave my IP adress as the editor, I forgot to log in. Sorry.[reply]

Membership of the Counter-Vandalism Unit[edit]

As you may know, the Counter-Vandalism unit is inactive. So for reviving the WikiProject, we will need to sort out the members. So if you are active, please put your username at the bottom of the list at Wikipedia talk:Counter-Vandalism Unit#Sort out the members.

You are receiving this message as a current member of the CVU.

Reverting vandalism[edit]

Hello, thanks for your enthusiasm about combatting vandalism. However, please revert vandalism using the method described here, and not in any other way. At the article Death of Stephen Lawrence, an editor vandalised three lines of the article, but you only fixed up one of them. The word "revert" only means "to change the article back to its previous state"; a true revert should never ever have a section name in the edit summary. And User:Lupin/recent2.js is so 2007. :-) Try Twinkle, to make reverting vandalism easier. Graham87 03:37, 10 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry!! I'll change up my vocabulary a bit next time! I think me missing those other two lines was me not seeing them in Lupin, I'll give Twinkle a try for sure! Foxtrotman (talk) 16:33, 13 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
